If you're looking for a class of racing that is clean, cheap  & fun, then you've came
to the right place. Check out the
Club Membership page for more info.  Make a visit
to the track sometime and one of the two seater cars will be more than happy to
take you around for a spin.

Clicking on each entry below will take you to the results page for that day.

:: October 2011::  It's over!! It's Over!! Racing is done until next year. We will
be working at the track on and off but no more scheduled racing this year. Mark your
calendars. The points banquet will be the 22nd of October at our house. Please
bring a covered dish. See you guys in a few weeks.

:: September 24, 2011::  This was the last night for racing and it was a
long one.  We had five races and a couple of latemodels visited. Check out the
results page for winners.

:: September 17, 2011::  Almost there, Almost to the end. It's been an
enjoyable evening. Harold went home with two and Goob got one.

:: September 10, 2011::  Another season is drawing to an end. Better get
those races in and make those points count. Harold went home with the first place
wins this time. See you all next week.

:: September 3, 2011 :: No Racing!! Hope everyone has a safe and
happy Labor Day weekend. See you the next race day, September 10th.

:: August 27, 2011 ::  The weather was nice this weekend. Harold took the
lead in two of the races tonight. Goob went home with a win too. Roger bailed for
the night to go be with family, and lost his lead in the points. Corey and his gang
are sporting a new car and number. Bo, where were you?  No racing next week,
Labor Day weekend. Be safe and everyone have fun.

:: August 20, 2011 ::  Goob took the lead in three of the races again
tonight. Bo came in second with two wins and Harold went home with a win too.
Roger must like attention, he blew his motor again. Anyone wanna take a poll on
whether or not we should start craft classes between races? Glad to have all those
who came. See you next week, unless Irene ruins it.

:: August 13, 2011 ::  Goob took the lead in three of the races tonight.
Harold went home with a win too. Robin even drove a couple of races tonight and
actually beat Roger in the 3rd race. If anyone is interested in buying a car, Hank has
one for sale that Goob said he's tired of looking at the back of.  Also, anyone can
come on race day to run/test tune cars between races.

:: August 06, 2011 ::  Goob took lead of the races tonight. All gave it their
best. Let's come back next week and have some hotdogs.

:: July 30, 2011 ::  Did somebody call for rain? It sure wasn't us, but it came
our way anyway. We endured the steady drizzle until 8pm and decided to throw in
the towel and go home. I fixed the link for last week's entry. Sorry about that. Drivers
got 6 points for attendance tonight.

:: July 23, 2011 ::  Hot! Hot! Hot! Summer is here in a big way. The people
get hot, the drivers get hot and the cars get hot. Just miserable. But we did manage
to squeeze in a little racing for the night. Goob won two races for the night, Roger
and Harold each won a race too.

You know, I may run the kitchen, but I still observe what goes on around here. And
here are my two cents.  I wish that everyone who participates would remember that
this is more of a game... Having fun, Spending time with friends and family,  getting
out of the house and hanging out, meeting new people.  Racing is more about the
handling of your car and how comfortable you can get into driving it, not how you
can cheat to make it go faster. Swapping paint happens, accidents happen, but,
lets not "cut each other off" intentionally. Agree to disagree, lets put on our big boy
pants and go play with cars.  Hope to see each of you next week.

:: July 16 , 2011 ::  A much better weekend for racing.  A week of rain and
sunshine cleaned the oil off the track. The kids road on the golf cart and picked up
the debris. Goob replaced his engine and won four races for the night and Corey
squeezed one in there too.  Have a great week and see you the 23rd.

:: July 9, 2011 ::  If anyone was wondering what kinda motor Goob had in
his car, then you should've been here tonight, because the insides literally came
out. And did you know, there are all kinds of pretty, exotic looking chunks of metal in
there? That was pretty much the end of the night, so we came, we saw, and we
went to Dennys
. And left the clean up to the Lord.

:: July 2, 2011 :: No Racing!! Hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th of
July Holiday. See you the next race day, July 9th.

:: June 25, 2011 ::
Let's get racing!! Come on up and spend the day with us. Supposed to be a pretty
good one.   And a good evening it was. We had nine cars and a new comer, Willy,
to help spread that pack out a little more. Even Hank got to race a few tonight. Just
to be clear, his finish in each races does not count toward points and doesn't
compete with the members' finish place in each race. Congrats to Bo, Goob and
Willy on the money draw. Someone I know, by the name of Goob, told my little girl to
say "Daddy's Cheatin' ". Since Goob technically came in first place 5 out of 6 races,
the pot might be callling the kettle black....just picking at you Goob. Hope each and
everyone has a great week and we'll see you on July 9th. No racing next week.

:: June 18, 2011 :: Called off due to rain.
Early morning rains, and threats of more rain to start in the evening ( which never
happened!!!) allowed for a few to kick back, get a little work done, and  shoot some
bull.

:: June 11, 2011 ::
Well, it started out raining here and was looking pretty gloomy and slim for racing,
but that was about thee o-clock. And we all know that just because it's raining in
Corbin, or London, doesn't mean that we'll be rained out here. By four o'clock, it was
cleared up and starting to dry out. So we know what that means, We had another
good evening of racing.

And what's it all about, trading places and trading paint. And then if there's atleast
six cars for the night, you get the chance to draw for money. Either 75, 50 or 25
dollars.  Also, good friends and good food. Bring more friends, we'll make more
food.  This is the second night for points to add up and there's only 7 points
difference between 1st and third place.   Goob came in first place for the night with
five races.  Roger Frye took second place with the other two races.  But, that's not all
who was here. We have several other guys that put in a hard night here too. So, be
sure to check out how they finished for the night.

We had several visitors for the night.  Welcome back to all who came. Hope to see
the rest of you soon. Next race is June 18th, weather permitting. Have a good week,
and God bless you.

:: June 04, 2011 :: Night racing is here.
Congratulations to Corey and Crystal upon their recent marriage. She must be
bringing him some luck cause he won three of the races tonight and won the
trophy. Hmm, is this one of those trophies that has to be brought back and the next
winner gets it for a week? We'll just have to see.  Goob came in second for the night
with two races.  Alex Thomas who has recently graduated, was our youngest driver
for the night. He is Roger Frye's grandson.  So, Congrats to you Alex!!!

What a hot weekend this one was, but atleast it wasn't raining. That would put a
damper on things as far as racing goes. Points racing for the 2011 year has begun.
The Concession is now open. And I keep hearing that we make some really good
Chili for our hotdogs. Come try it for yourself.  Welcome back to all who came. Hope
to see the rest of you soon. Have a good week, and God bless you.

:: April 14, 2011 :: Update!!
Day racing for every weekend will begin on May 7th. Get those cars finished so that
you're ready to race.

:: January thru April 2011 ::
Winter Schedule:The track is open the second Saturday of the month. Hours are
from 12 Noon till Dark. Concessions  will open in the spring.
